Fresh Pork at the Shark Bar

Thai people are very generous. When the Shark Bar had it's anniversary on September 11th they treated their patrons to a free buffet. Here is a butcher chopping up the fresh pork to be served. Sorry, I missed the awesome part where the butcher knife totally beheads the dead pig.
